Before choosing San Francisco as his permanent home, Bill Moisson had traveled the world as a professional architect for 20 years, designing top-of-the-line residential and resort communities in over a dozen countries.  He tells his friends that he “got to design every big project that I had ever wanted to design”, and some of his long-range projects are still under construction to this day.

A strong promoter of his adopted hometown of San Francisco, Bill now devotes his time, energy, and enthusiasm to helping his clients buy and sell residential real estate here in the “City by the Bay”.  He brings to the real estate industry the same high standards of professionalism and client-oriented service that were the hallmarks of his architectural career.

Bill still maintains his links with the talented members of the design community.  He is a professional member of the American Institute of Architects (AIA), and has served two terms on the board of directors of the American Society of Interior Designers (ASID), and is a member of San Francisco Architectural Heritage.  Every year he donates his time to help build houses with Habitat For Humanity, creating home ownership opportunities for people from all walks of life.

Bill and his wife Esther live in Saint Francis Wood, where he is using his architectural skills to remodel and update their 1940’s ocean view home.  Before moving to “The Wood”, they had been longtime residents of North Beach, where Bill served multiple terms on the board of directors at their condominium, Villa North Beach.  In his spare time, Bill enjoys golf, fishing, and international travel.
